Bangalore RuralPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an on-campus CGI hiring flow where interviews were easier-to-moderate, mostly grounded in my resume and tech stack, and communication mattered.

Online assessment — I took an online test before being invited further.
Technical round(s) based on resume — interviews focused on my prior project work and the technologies I listed rather than obscure topics.
Onsite / technical + HR — the process included a technical stage and an HR conversation, consistent with on-campus hiring.
Outcome: Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; even with relatively manageable difficulty, being evaluated through resume-aligned questions didn’t lead to selection.
