I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at CGI and the process felt average and highly specialized, focused on explaining a specific Salesforce ecosystem project in depth.

Technical project-focused round (video/discussion) — I was asked about OmniStudio, Order Management (OM), and Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), and I had to detail my current project.
Deep-dive on implementations and ownership — I explained what I built, how the technical pieces fit together, and what delivery responsibilities I owned within the Salesforce Industries ecosystem. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that the key was demonstrating end-to-end expertise in the exact domain topics they asked about.
