I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at CGI Nederland in a relatively easy process with quick rounds and a generally positive tone.

Technical basics check — I covered foundational Java/OOP concepts and general technical knowledge.
Simpler screening questions — The interview included basic programming and related questions, with the overall difficulty staying low.
HR / supportive conversation — I experienced an HR round that felt smooth and helpful. Outcome: I did not report an offer; the takeaway was that CGI’s interview atmosphere felt approachable even when the final decision wasn’t favorable.
