BengaluruPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a more structured, moderately challenging CGI process that emphasized technical depth and resume-backed discussion, often with multiple technical rounds and behavioral elements.

Aptitude/assessment gate — first I cleared an aptitude test; only after that was an interview scheduled.
Technical interview #1 — ~moderate questions tied to Java and OOP/design patterns and basic coding/collections/multithreading or UI-related topics.
Technical interview #2 — a follow-up focused on either backend tech (e.g., Python, databases, cloud) or deeper Java fundamentals like OOP and multithreading.
Behavioral / resume walkthrough — questions heavily based on my resume and prior projects, sometimes with light DSA/SQL checks.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward
