Lafayette, LAPosted Mar 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for Software Engineer at CGI and the process felt average with three individual conversations over about two to three weeks.

Behavioral interview — One behavioral discussion.
Behavioral interview (mentor-style) — A second behavioral round with people who acted like internship mentors.
Technical interview — One technical interview paired with the behavioral sequence. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that the timeline was fairly fast and the role fit was assessed alongside technical work.
