I had an overall easy, candidate-friendly experience for Software Engineer, typically moving through HR then a light technical step and finishing with commercial discussions on a short timeline.

HR session — friendly conversation about my profile, soft skills, and fit for the role.
Technical interview — short, approachable questions (often about technologies I already know) and discussion-style prompts.
(Occasionally) client/manager touchpoint — an opportunity to introduce myself and add a few role-related technical points.
Final salary / HR discussion — a straightforward wrap-up on compensation (sometimes with a slide or package overview). Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but interviewers were supportive and gave time/feedback, which made the process feel
