I interviewed for the CGI Software Engineer role via campus-style rounds where the early conversations were relaxed, and the later interviews skewed more behavioral than technical.

In-person first round — a 30-minute discussion about my experience and fit for CGI.
Two back-to-back interviews (online) — one technical interview with a developer and one with a business analyst.
Interview focus — the rounds included more behavioral questions than deep technical evaluation.
Outcome — Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the process felt easy-to-manage and more conversational than rigorously technical.
