I applied for a spontaneous opportunity, and I was initially rejected—at least on the formal side.

But I still managed to get considered and ended up getting my first conversation scheduled afterward.

The interviews were technical from the start: I had to do technical tests, and even as a junior they felt pretty challenging. My second conversation was with my direct supervisor, and the last one was with the Business Unit Manager. The whole process ran over about two weeks, and it felt like the team put real effort into evaluating the application seriously with professional handling from start to finish.
