After a recruiter call, I went through a phone-based pre-screen that focused on motivation and whether I’d be a good fit with the team.

It felt more like a genuine conversation than an interrogation, and it set the tone for the rest of the process.

A bit later, I had the technical interview where the questions were challenging but still rewarding. Alongside that, there were also HR-style questions, so I ended up covering both how I approached the work and how I fit with the company and team. Overall, it felt smooth and respectful, and the whole loop left me feeling like it was worth my effort.
