I applied by sending in my resume, and fairly quickly I was invited for a 1-on-1 with an HR representative and a senior developer.

Right away, the process included a coding test that ended up being described as very easy, at least compared to what I’d expected.

That section didn’t drag on, and it stayed pretty straightforward. After about a week, I got a call that I’d been offered the role, and only a couple of days later I was able to start. The pace surprised me, and honestly the low-friction start made the process feel efficient and welcoming.
