The process for me was challenging and involved multiple formal steps.

It started with a one-hour virtual skill test, followed by a managerial round that also lasted about an hour. After that, there was an HR round, again virtual and about an hour.

Once the interviews were done, I had to upload documents, and only after that an offer letter was shared. The final step was completing the new employee onboarding wizard. Overall, the time spent and the number of rounds made it feel difficult, but the structure was clear enough that I always understood where I was in the process—and I ultimately got to the offer stage.
