Negative

SydneyPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started with a recruiter interaction that honestly set a negative tone right away.

The recruiter seemed disengaged and didn’t bring much enthusiasm for the role, which made the conversation feel unwelcoming from the start.

She introduced the team and the position in a way that didn’t really spark interest for me, and overall the interaction felt uninspired rather than informative. Even before I got into any technical discussion, I came away with concerns about the company’s culture and how they communicate during hiring. It was disappointing because the first impression didn’t feel professional or welcoming.
