My process started with a recruiter call where we went over my background, what relevant tech I’d worked with, and what they expected from the role.

About a week later, I moved into a technical interview focused on algorithms and data structures.

The technical part felt straightforward in structure but I wasn’t able to solve the problem within the time limit, so I stopped there. Even though it didn’t work out, I appreciated that both the recruiter and the interviewer were friendly and professional, and they felt genuinely supportive through the process. I left with the sense that it was mostly about performance on that round rather than any unclear process or poor communication.
