My journey started with an initial screening, and then I was given a test project.

The project felt fairly easy overall, but it still took about half a day of work, and the real pressure came when it was time to present it.

I presented the test project to two stakeholders for 30 minutes, and the structure kept going right after that: the last half of the session became scenario and behavior-based questions. What stood out to me was how smoothly they moved from presentation into evaluation of how I’d think and respond under realistic situations.
