Canva UX/UI Designer interview experience

The process felt straightforward in its pacing—interview first, then the test, and then the debrief.

Instead of ending with an offer for the full-time role I initially interviewed for, Canva offered me freelance illustration work after the process wrapped. I remember it as a bit of a pivot: I didn’t get what I originally targeted, but the process still ended with a real next step.
