Virginia Beach, VAPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Burlington Stores with an especially easy, rapid path—basically a quick conversation tied to the distribution center needs.

Phone/short interview — I was asked simple questions about my background and checked whether I could work during the busy period.
On-the-spot hiring / close of process — I didn’t experience a lengthy back-and-forth; after the quick interview, I was brought in and started working at the distribution center. Outcome: I was hired quickly, and the takeaway was that the process prioritized immediate availability over complex screening.
