Buena Park, CAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a very light, quick screening interview process for the Account Executive role, mostly focused on fit and scheduling.

Scheduling / recruiter setup (automated or online booking) — If I met minimum requirements, an automated system set up an interview appointment.
Interview (phone or short in-person) — Basic questions about my availability and simple hypothetical workplace situations; it felt informal and straightforward.
Next steps after the screen — They explained onboarding expectations and what to do if I wanted to continue. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the process was smooth, but it felt too basic for what I was looking for.
