I went through an ultra-fast, simple interview loop that felt more like qualification checks and customer-service fit than a deep assessment.

Short screening (often 5–20 minutes) — Questions were limited and centered on where I’d worked, why I wanted the role, and my availability.
Behavioral prompt — I was asked to describe how I’d handle a difficult customer or an imperfect situation at work.
Availability + role clarity — They confirmed I understood the seasonal nature of the position and when I could start paperwork.
Offer/onboarding timing — In some cases they promised quick follow-up; others moved directly into onboarding. Outcome: Most of my experiences ended without an offer; when offers did come
