I interviewed for the Account Executive role with a very simple process that often felt like it ended in an immediate decision, usually on the same day.

Phone screen (<10 questions) — I spoke over the phone with a very small number of questions and felt the interviewers were attentive and clear.
Group/store manager interview — I joined a quick group format (turn-taking responses) or spoke in person with a store manager, and many people were hired on the spot.
Straightforward manager Q&A — I answered basic questions about myself, availability, and how I’d handle common customer or coworker situations.
Background check and minimal paperwork — A background check requirement came up as part of the final steps.
