I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Burlington Stores in an easy, quickly moving process where the main differentiator ended up being my schedule preferences.

Single interview (fast) — Questions were straightforward and focused on why I wanted the role and my fit for a busy environment; it felt like an easy hire.
Offer / decision point — I was extended an opportunity, but I turned it down because I wanted more hours and higher pay elsewhere. Outcome: I didn’t move forward due to compensation and schedule, and the takeaway is that Burlington can move quickly once availability and fit look good.
