I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Broadridge with a short, recruiter-to-onsite flow that felt unexpectedly quick.

Digital HR interview (recorded video) — I recorded video answers to common HR prompts (for example, describing a time I had to negotiate).
On-site interview — I met with two interviewers for a scheduled 45 minutes, but we only covered a few resume/project questions and wrapped up in about 20 minutes. Outcome: I didn’t expect it to go well, but I received an offer call shortly after; the takeaway is that enthusiasm and resume fit seemed to outweigh the abbreviated onsite pace.
