Broadridge Software Engineer interview experience

• In-person interview logistics — I arrived early but wasn’t attended for hours; I waited in the lobby through multiple delays.
• Biased interview experience — I felt the evaluation was not comparable to another waiting candidate, and the rejection rationale felt inappropriate.

Outcome: Rejected; the takeaway is that fairness and basic process management heavily affect perceived credibility.
