I had a tougher, higher-scrutiny journey where technical depth mattered (sometimes around systems/DevOps and resume-linked engineering), and the experience could feel uneven across interviewers.

Online assessment / screening — aptitude plus technical questions; in some cases I had to connect my resume projects to engineering choices.
DevOps/resume-driven technical rounds — I was asked to explain tooling and write automation scripts, demonstrating how parts of the pipeline work.
Multi-round technical deep dives — questions stretched across DBMS/OS/DSA/SQL and problem-solving; I had to go deeper than basics.
In-person / group components (in some flows) — at one point there was a group discussion followed by multiple technical interviews and an HR round.
