BengaluruPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Software Engineer role with a more assignment-based process that felt challenging enough to require extra work beyond live coding.

Online assessment — an initial test before interviews.
Interview — a live discussion step following the assessment.
Take-home assignment — I was asked to build an async client-server style solution.
Solution review interview — a follow-up interview focused on walking through the take-home approach and answering questions about the design/implementation. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that they expect both independent execution and a strong ability to explain your solution.
