I interviewed for a Software Engineer role using a familiar three-step structure: recruiter, then manager, then final HR compensation alignment.

HR profile shortlist / recruiter screen — initial intake screening to align my background with the role.
Manager (technical + behavioral) — a hiring-manager round mixing technical questions with behavioral questions about how I work.
Final HR round — compensation/package discussion and also questions around benefits and visa (where applicable). Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that this was a standard structured process with a final decision resting on overall alignment and package fit.
