I interviewed for the Consultant role with a surprisingly minimal, easy process—mostly short phone calls—with only light technology discussion.

HR/intro call — an interviewer asked theoretical definition-style questions and seemed unfamiliar with the technologies from my past work, so I had to prompt for relevance.
Manager call — discussion about salary.
Client-side call — a final call that included some technology-related questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that the process was brief and outcomes depended on whether the client-side technical conversation aligned with their needs.
