I interviewed for the Consultant role with a classic aptitude → GD → technical sequence, but the technical questioning went beyond basics into specific technologies and programming practice.

Aptitude test — English, math, and reasoning questions.
Group discussion (GD) — I had a timed response slot on a topic like AI pros and cons.
Technical interview — panel-style questions including Core Java plus Spring/Spring Boot; elsewhere it included topics like ETL and coding exercises.
Resume/project probing — I had to explain my project, team role, and database/table design considerations. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that knowing the stack details and being able to discuss your project technically was essential.
