I did an interview on Teams that was genuinely informal.

The conversation was focused on my interests and what experience I already had, and it didn’t feel like I was being put through a hard assessment.

What surprised me a bit was how quickly it moved—by the end of the same interview, I was hired. The role sounded advanced and interesting, and that made the whole thing feel more exciting than stressful. Overall, it was pretty easy and straightforward, and once I was in, I felt like the work they described matched what I wanted to do.
