I started with a recruiter interview, and then the process moved into three separate interviews with different teams.

Those sessions combined behavioral-style questions with more technical probing, including simple leetcode questions. I also remember having a conversation about whether I preferred front-end or back-end work with technical leads.

It felt practical and role-specific rather than abstract. When I moved forward, I accepted and ended up on the bench while they worked through matching me to a contract after joining.

I didn’t come out of it with the stress of a “gotcha” style process, and the hardest part was more about the logistics after acceptance than the interviews themselves.
