Booz Allen Hamilton Consultant interview experience

Got offer

Easy

Negative

Washington, DCPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through what felt like a normal hiring path up to the point of the verbal offer, and then the experience soured fast.

After I got the verbal offer, I was surprised by how the hiring team framed expectations—especially around relocation to DC.

The hiring manager came across as extremely rude during the follow-up conversations, and they didn’t show any interest in negotiating salary. I walked away feeling like the process itself might have been passable, but the post-offer interaction was rough enough that it left a strong negative impression.
