My interview journey moved through a recruiter setup and into video interviews with the team.

A recruiter arranged the panel portion, and I ended up doing two rounds via video with the camera on. At the end of the structured conversations, I was also given time to ask my own questions, which made the process feel more complete rather than ending abruptly.

Across the rounds, the questions leaned heavily on behavioral formats—STAR-style prompts tied to my background and why I was interested in the role. I had one screener from the recruiter before meeting directly with team members, and the rest of the process was mostly one-on-one conversations where it felt like I was being evaluated
