Arlington, VAPosted Jan 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process felt broad and multi-step, more like a full end-to-end hiring funnel than a tight sequence.

After applying, I did initial phone screenings and then moved through multiple interview rounds that included assessments. Later, the process wrapped up with reference checks and then a final decision.

The most noticeable thing was the number of steps and people involved. The format changed as I moved along—early conversations, then deeper evaluation, and finally the verification stage.

It didn’t feel chaotic, but it did feel like a complete process, and the overall outcome ultimately didn’t result in an offer for me.
