Booz Allen Hamilton Consultant interview experience

After an initial screening, I had two interviews with managers, and then a last round with the direct team/manager. Everyone stayed professional, and the interview cadence was fast.

The questions were in line with what I’d expect for a consultant role—built around my experience and how I approached work—without turning into anything overly surprising. What mattered to me was that the decision came at the timeline they communicated, not months later.

I came away with a good overall feeling about how smoothly the process ran, and the final decision aligned with expectations.
