Booz Allen Hamilton Consultant interview experience

After that, I went through two behavioral interviews, each about 30 minutes, with two different teams. The whole thing felt pretty manageable overall, and the recruiter stayed responsive the entire time, which really helped keep the process feeling low-stress.

Once I was offered the role, I circled back with team members to make sure it was the right fit. That part surprised me—in a good way. They were accessible and genuinely willing to answer my questions, so the offer didn’t feel like a blind leap; it felt more like closing the loop with people who would be working with me.
