Boeing Software Engineer interview experience

I joined an initial conversation that was about an hour, and it felt more like a personality and fit screen than a technical exam. After that, I had another round that dug into my projects and experiences from my resume, and the tone stayed friendly throughout—more collaborative discussion than interrogation.

When the interviews got more specific, they still weren’t trying to catch me with tricky theory. I talked through what I’d worked on and the way I worked with teams, and I answered situational questions that leaned on STAR-style framing even when it wasn’t branded as a strict template.
