My experience started at an event where I spoke with recruiters and then got invited to interview on campus.

The setup felt straightforward and the interview itself was mostly behavioral—focused on past experience and how I’d fit with the team. After the interview, I waited for team matching, which took several weeks.

What stood out was how low-friction it felt compared to more technical processes. Even though it was still a real interview, it stayed centered on fit and communication rather than deep coding or complex technical problems.

I ended up not getting the offer, and the main feeling I left with was how much the process depended on later team matching rather than just the single interview
