Boeing Software Engineer interview experience

I first went through an initial remote step that was meant to gauge my fit and interest, and then I waited before the next round, which only happened if they felt I was a good match.

Overall it felt a bit slow and left me anxious about whether I’d get to the next stage. When communication didn’t land the way it was implied it would, it made the whole experience feel more frustrating than stressful technically. I ended up not getting the final follow-through I was expecting, and the delay became the main thing I remember.
