Boeing Software Engineer interview experience

I was asked a handful of questions, like times when I handled different kinds of situations, and I had to frame my answers with the situation, actions, and results.

It didn’t take long overall—about 10 to 15 minutes—and I was given a chance to ask questions at the end. The whole thing felt easy in the sense that it was focused on how I’d handled real work and not on technical problem-solving. I ended up receiving an offer, and the speed of the process made it feel almost too simple compared to how long some interviews can take.
