Boeing Software Engineer interview experience

They called me to schedule an interview, and I ended up being interviewed by two people—a Brazilian interviewer and an American one.

The interviews went well enough that I received an offer afterward, and I accepted it. The salary was the same as what I was already making, but the benefits were clearly better, which made the decision an easy one for me.

What I remember most was that the process felt well-run and professional, and it didn’t drag out unnecessarily. Even though the interview itself was personal and international in feel, the overall experience stayed calm and organized.
