I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in an overall “easy” track, and both experiences felt fast—even though one was poorly run by a third party.

HR-led screen — I was contacted directly and the process moved quickly; it focused mostly on algorithms and data structures, with a few questions tied to my resume projects.
Interview process (third-party organized) — the process was still described as easy, but it was badly organized by an external party, despite covering similar themes.

Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the work itself felt straightforward once the interview started.
