I followed a structured, content-specific interview flow that mixed Java-level knowledge with hands-on explanation of my work.

Online interview — Focused largely on Pure Java questions.
Onsite / practical technical — I had to describe my most recent job and draw a module I developed, walking through how it worked.
Product/lead interview (design-system style) — I presented my project story and produced diagrams, discussing possible solutions.
Typical process overview (for this track) — Across this group, the common pattern was resume screening, an HR call, technical rounds, some assessment or problem-solving, then managerial and final HR checks.
Outcome: No offer reported in these
