I went through a relatively smooth, quick hiring loop for a Software Engineer role in about a week or two.

Written test — first step was an online/written assessment before anything else.
Recruiter/screening — a short screening interview to confirm fit for the role.
Technical interview (local, manager) — a technical discussion with a local manager.
Technical interview (US team) — a second technical interview with the technical team in the US. Outcome: No offer; the process felt streamlined and I didn’t get a clear path beyond the technical interviews.
