PunePosted Oct 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a challenging path with intense technical questioning, plus a separate managerial evaluation and a final HR interaction.

Technical round(s) — two technical sessions with heavy problem-solving and puzzles; each interview ran about 90 minutes.
Managerial round — focused on attitude, strengths/weaknesses, flexibility, and how soon I could join.
HR round — a wrap-up conversation that completed the evaluation. Outcome: No offer; the interviews were demanding, and I felt the managerial step carried substantial weight in the final decision.
