I interviewed for Airtel with a more challenging, Java-and-architecture-heavy flow, typically spanning three rounds and feeling more demanding than average.

Technical round 1 — I was asked Java concepts alongside SQL and DSA-style questions, with a deliberate push toward problem framing.
Technical round 2 (design/architecture) — We moved into system-design-style thinking and scenario-based design decisions.
Hiring-manager style round — I discussed projects and handled many scenario questions in a conversational, two-technical-person format. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the main lesson was to be ready for Java fundamentals and scenario-based design trade-offs, not just algorithm practice.
