After a recruiter call, I had a technical conversation where I mostly walked through what I had worked on and the choices I made—both the project details and the tech I used.

The interviewer also asked a handful of fundamentals-focused questions, and it felt pretty chill overall. I got pulled into computer networking basics, including questions around TCP/IP and the OSI model.

The pace was straightforward: explain my project clearly, then answer a few core follow-ups. I didn’t feel like I was getting trapped in deep theory; it was more about making sure I understood what I had implemented. By the end, it felt like a good, low-stress fit, and I left with the sense that I’d covered what they were looking for. I ended up getting an offer.
