For the Software Engineer role, I had a difficult three-part interview plan, but I was rejected after the first round.

Round 1 (problem solving) — After an initial recruiter discussion on requirements, I started with problem solving.
Round 2 (design) — (Planned as part of the total three rounds, but I didn’t reach it because the first round ended the process.)
Round 3 (hiring manager) — (Planned, but not reached.) Outcome: Rejected after round 1; the takeaway was that the first problem-solving screen was decisive.
