San Francisco, CAPosted Jun 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a mostly straightforward Account Executive process with a clear onsite structure, but one senior conversation felt awkward and the overall experience didn’t fully land.

Phone screener — An initial phone interview.
Hiring manager interview — A follow-up with the hiring manager.
Onsite at HQ — An in-person day with several sessions where many interviewers were in junior roles and sometimes read off prepared questions; the senior sales executive conversation felt particularly awkward. Outcome: No offer; despite a simple structure, the Senior Sales Executive interaction hurt rapport.
