I went through a growing-phase BetterUp process that was thorough and took a few weeks, including a self-recorded component.

Recruiter coordination — The process involved scheduling and took several weeks.
Self-recorded video interview — I completed a recorded set of questions focused on fit.
Multi-person interviews (5 people total) — I met with a small set of knowledgeable interviewers who seemed invested in the evaluation. Outcome: No offer—my takeaway was that the company ran a structured process and the interviewers were strong, but I wasn’t selected.
