I interviewed for an Account Executive role and the process felt exceptionally smooth—from initial recruiter contact through a founder conversation.

Recruiter call — A straightforward 30-minute recruiter conversation.
Sales manager call — A direct 30-minute call focused on sales fit.
Onsite — Five consecutive onsite sessions, largely behavioral, including a mock discovery.
Founder call — A final 30-minute conversation with the founder. Outcome: I received an offer; the entire process felt like the best interview experience I’d ever had, from start to finish.
