I started an AE interview process that quickly felt rushed and unpolished, and it ended with a rejection after a short, uneven sequence.

Recruiter screen — the 1:1 call started late and felt rushed; I was asked to summarize my sales experience in a compressed timeframe and had to repeat answers.
Project/prespsecting assignment — I completed a project designed to demonstrate my prospecting and discovery process end-to-end.
Follow-up decision — about 10 days later, I received a generic rejection message. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the main takeaway was that the early-stage execution felt inconsistent with the level of care I expected.
